Saskatchewan Youth Apprenticeship Program
- A program set up for high school students to gain apprenticeship hours and learn more about careers and opportunities with trades in Saskatchewan. In addition to completing this program, students will also have an opportunity

- Apply first to Gabriel Dumont Online, write why do you want to be a teacher, official transcripts, reference letters x 2, confirmation of Métis ancestry (MN-S card or letter of support from a Métis Regional or Local Representatives), then you apply to the U of R - March 15 deadline

Terminology:
Loans - Money provided by the Government of Saskatchewan and Canada to assist students who quality for need. This money DOES need to be paid back.
Grants - Money provided by the Government of Saskatchewan and Canada that DOES NOT need to be paid back for students in need.
Saskatchewan Advantage - The Saskatchewan Advantage Scholarship will provide $750 per year, to a lifetime maximum of $3,000, to eligible Saskatchewan grade 12 graduates attending a Saskatchewan post-secondary institution.
